Why ERPLY?
We have been able to utilize ERPLY to expand our retail business from one (1) to ten (10) stores in the span of under 2 years. It is extremely useful for managing shipments and logistics from a single warehouse to retail 'warehouse' stores, accepting purchase orders, and providing accurate sales reports by location. The ERPLY Support staff has worked well with me (and the company) to create some new reporting strategies, discounts and promotional options, and overall has helped to make our growth phase easy - without a need for us to look elsewhere for custom retail
Point of Sale Software.
What was your biggest struggle as a company? How did you overcome it?
Our biggest struggle to date has been attempting to merge
our e-commerce platform with retail store point of sale platform. We have a great need to sync our online and in-store warehouses to make inventory logistics tracking easier and more accurate. We are currently working on a sync between a Magento warehouse and our ERPLY warehouse [through use of the API.]
What experiences would you like to share with other ERPLY customers?
Being a Canadian business, we require a First Nations tax-exempt function at the Point of Sale for tracking purchases made by First Nations customers. ERPLY Support was willing to work with us in pioneering a new method outside of the standard 'promotions' option in the ERPLY Back Office, and we have been able to execute the new method designed by ERPLY developers at the store level. The ERPLY Support personnel even assisted me with fashioning a custom report to easily track the usage of First Nations tax-exempt sales.
How has the ability to view and track data this data changed your company?
We have been able to assess customer lists and repeat purchases through this type of analysis. In response, we have designed 'flash sales' and similar targeted promotional opportunities for our most loyal customers, and have managed to stimulate additional retail revenue on days that were formerly lacking.
